Agree with those who say that turning on people like Mark Noble is not the way forward.
Regardless of whether you happen to rate him as a player and captain (I happen to think he's still a top-class performer when fully fit and healthy, even if he is slowing down more and more), you're talking about a man who grew up wanting only to play for this club, went on to achieve that, made his debut at 17, spent his entire professional career here so far and played the best part of 500 games for the club.
Mark Noble is more "West Ham" than almost any of us, by any measurement. It doesn't mean that he is beyond criticism, just like none of us are, but those who question his motivations/dedication to this club are massively misplaced.
Turn on the co-owners, by all accounts. Turn on bad managers and disloyal or uncaring squad members. Sure.
But back your dedicated players who give a shit about the club.

He is good enough if played as a squad member. He’s not good enough if expected to perform for 80-90 mins week after week because of a shit squad.
I think he’s loyal but I don’t know o just would have expected something a bit more from him ? Anger at team mates, some direction, asking crowd to get going? I’m lot sure but something.
He’s the only thing we have left there that resembles the old West Ham. Clutching at straws ? Quite possibly

I'm not turning on anyone, just saying bonds had fuck all to do with it. if you was still going then, you'd remember that at the end of that season when we went down, the cunts in charge at the time stopped the players coming out in to the directors box, but billy did show his face and applaud the fans. swindon, I don't go on the attack for no reason, I stopped going because of a previous had owner but the current ones are far beyond what he achieved

Bonds himself said years later he regretted not speaking out but he was in a uncomfortable position at the time with his position at the club. Thats a good point about Brooking. Let's turn on him just like with Noble.
Sorry Miike, i don't agree with everything you and others say about the board because I still maintain the manager has had enough resources to at least keep us in the top 12 but I get the frustration about some of their decisions and the stadium move etc.
Turning on Noble though is bang out of order in my opinion.

Noble is employed and paid by the club. I am sure there are plenty of things he really thinks about the owners and our current situation but as club captain he has to maintain some sort of neutral stance when it comes to the owners and the fans.
Yes he's past his best and shouldn't be playing week in week out but he always gives 100 percent even if he doesn't play well. I bet no one within the club is more pissed off than he is at the moment with our results.
After 16 years of playing for us I am ashamed of some of you fuckers for turning on him. Not a surprise though from a fan base that thinks Di Canio is a God but yet he tried to force through moves to Chelsea and Man Utd and then acted like a prick behind the scenes in our relegation season in 2002.
Such a big Hammer I doubt Di Canio even knew we were playing tonight.
